Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange:

    • It’s totally fine to exchange items within 14 days, as long as the items have not been worn, have not been washed and if the tags are still intact! Please note that during sales you can  exchange within 3 days only.

    • If you bought items online, you’re able to exchange the items at our store(s) as you wish. 

    • You’re free to exchange more than once during the 14 day period

    • If you bought an item online, and want to also exchange online, no worries! We can exchange it free of charge under the following conditions:

    • We sent the wrong item

    • We sent the wrong size

    • We sent a defective item 

    • However, you will unfortunately have to be charged 3 JDs under the following conditions

    • If you want to exchange colors

    • If you want to exchange a product to another

    • If you want to change designs

    • If you bought online and want to exchange for a second time

Please note that during sales the exchange will be only from the store and won't be done online.

Although, If you want to go back and exchange from the store for a second time you won’t be charged extra for it. 

Refund:

    • You may ask for a refund within 3 working days of receiving the item for the following reasons:

      • We are out of stock of an Item that was sent defective.

      • We are out of stock of an Item that was sent with the wrong size 

      • The item received does not match the description of the item online. 

      • Only items that have the tags intact, have not been worn and have not been washed can be refunded. 

      • You will be refunded only for the cost of the item, not for the delivery.

      • You can’t return your whole order that contains multiple items there unless the reasons applied above apply to each and every product.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, try these steps!

    First, try and check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take a bit of time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. It often takes some time processing before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all these steps, and you still have not received your refund yet, please don't hesitate to contact us at jointhetribe@jobedu.me. We’ll get things cleared up!

    Sale items (if applicable) 

    Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, but regular items can be!

    Gifts 

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You can return/exchange while outside of Jordan if you wish! Just send to the address below please:

    You will have to be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you varies depending on where you live.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
